We’ve known each other for 20 years.
Shared countless memories. Have endless joint stories to tell.
And then – all of a sudden – everything changes:
A casual conversation – “Would you be up for joining?” –
turns into a shared company: Kleiderhelden.
Privately? Familiar.
In business? Totally new ground.
Suddenly it’s about contracts, investments, decisions. Setting focus. Defining priorities. No longer just friendship – but shared responsibility for a business.
We own Kleiderhelden 50/50. Means: every decision needs to work for both of us.
But how do you actually run a business together?
We’re realizing:
Yes, we know each other – but at the same time, we have to get to know each other all over again. Otherwise, this won’t work.
We have business quirks. Trigger points in the daily grind.
Strengths and weaknesses that never mattered before.
So many new layers.
At Kleiderhelden, it’s not about scaling fast –
even though we wouldn’t say no to growth.
It’s mainly about doing and learning. And about keeping things simple and doable.
We’re not quite there yet – but we’re slowly finding our rhythm.
And yes, there are still plenty of things we need to clarify along the way.
Kleiderhelden stands for many things:
Shared passion. Business. Values. Growth.
But above all: Discovery.
Have you ever run a business with a friend?
How did you find your rhythm as a team
